Priyanshu Painyuli opens up about his Rashmi Rocket costar Taapsee Pannu!

Presently, Taapsee Pannu is shooting for Anurag Kashyap's Doobaara. Besides it, the Chashme Baddoor star has several projects in the pipeline like Rashmi Rocket, Looop Lapeta, Shabaash Mithu among others.
Now lately, in a media chat, her Rashmi Rocket co-star Priyanshu Painyuli has revealed about his experience of working with Taapsee and more. In Rashmi Rocket, Priyanshu will play the role of an army officer, who is also Taapsee’s husband and a sports coach. Speaking about his character in the movie, he revealed during the line of duty, his character meets Rashmi, played by Taapsee, in Gujarat and discovers her capabilities as an athlete. “While the film dwells on their relationship, it also mirrors the lives of women athletes in India. It’s an important story and it was needed to be told,” the actor further added.
Furthermore, talking about his experience working with Taapsee, he told he was excited to work with Taapsee. “She’s one of the most versatile actors we have. I am hugely impressed with her determination to nail the nuances of the role,” he specified.
He further remembered that when he met Taapsee for the first time, her reaction was, ‘Ah! Finally, mil gaye!’ “It was a fun start to a great schedule. The best part about her is that she is fiercely dedicated, sporty and competitive,” further added Priyanshu.
The actor also revealed that Taapsee transformed dramatically, and literally became an athlete for the movie in no time. Looking at her quick transformation, Priyanshu felt inspired as a co-star.
